CNC PLASTIC MACHINING

CNC Plastic Machining is used to create plastic prototypes, which allows your design team to closely simulate the final product appearance and function. Material of plastic prototype can be ABS, PC, PA, PP, PPS, POM, PMMA, PTFE, Bakelite, Renshape, Graphite, etc.

BP Rapid is equipped with more than 17 High Precision High Efficiency 3 Axis CNC VMCs (Vertical Machining Centers), more than 15 professional technicians, 5 post finishing workers for painting and printing, 3 QC workers for quality assurance. CNC METAL MACHINING

Apart from machining plastic components, BP Rapid also offers metal CNC machining, Material of rapid metal prototype can be aluminum, aluminum bronze, magnesium alloy, zinc alloy, carbon steel, stainless steel, copper or brass, etc.

CNC Metal machining is a subtractive manufacturing process where raw material is removed with a variety of precision cutting tools to make a part or product. Advanced software is used to control the equipment according to the specification of your 3D design. After the regular raw machining for the metal material, most of the structures can be achieved; for those structures that not able to mill, EDM process is a good choice to get all details done. Our team of engineers and machinists program the equipment to optimize cutting time, surface finish and final tolerance to meet your specifications.

3D printing (SLA & SLS PRINTING)

At BP, we provide multi-faceted 3D printing services including Stereolithography (SLA), Selective Laser Sintering (SLS). they are the quick, easy and cost-effective way to turn great ideas into successful products.

SLA and SLS printing is a quick way to print prototypes fast and cheap. For SLA we have regular SLA material which is similar to ABS, high strength SLA material with better performance applied on automotive and medical industry; for SLS we have nylon powder, it can ensure the part with high quality material strength and get painted with any colors.

VACUUM CASTING PROCESS

Vacuum Casting Process(also known as polyurethane casting) can be used to closely simulate final injection molded parts or finished products.

The materials that we used are international noble materials made from Heicast or Axson, these polyurethane casting materials have great properties and performance to ensure the casting parts to run in a good way when using as first batch samples in market. We can also casting the parts directly with the custom colors, and also do post finishing such as painting, metallized, printing on the casting parts to make them look like same as finished products.

SHEET METAL FABRICATION

Rapid-Sheet-metal and low volume fabrication is one of the industrial processes used in metalworking and manufacturing into thin, flat pieces, it can be cut or bent into a variety of different shapes.

Everyday a lot of objects are fabricated from sheet metal with significantly thickness. Many different metals can be made into sheet metal, for example, aluminum(Al6061-T6, Al5051-H32), brass, copper, steel(SS303, SS304, SS316), nickel, SGCC, SECC or even titanium. If requires appearance, the sheet metals can be painted, plating, anodized, powder coat into different colors and finishes.

RAPID INJECTION MOLDING

Low volume rapid injection molding is the best way to save time and cost for testing form and fit as well as preliminary market test, when your production tooling won’t be ready for months, rapid injection molding (also known as prototype molding or soft tooling) then is a great option for you to receive parts quickly with less cost.

We specialize in rapid molds of both aluminum and steel for low-volume plastic and metal molding. With technical experience in injection molding or rapid tooling, CNC machining, EDM processing, and specialty finishing, we ensure your parts meet and exceed your highest expectations.

Rapid injection molding can produce parts from injection materials fast and cheaper price compare to traditional molding process, especially for those projects that have only low budget and small quantities such as 500 or 1000 pieces, rapid aluminum tooling and rapid steel tooling is the best way. Any regular materials for traditional tooling can be used on rapid injection molding process.

RIM MASS PRODUCTION

Low pressure injection is also known as Reaction Injection Molding (RIM). This is a new technology implemented to fabrication of rapid prototyping. After mixing the two components PU, inject the mixture into rapid prototyping mold under room temperature and low pressure. After polymerization, cross-linkage, and curing chemical reactions, physical part will be formed.

The material of RIM mass production is the dual injection process PU8636, a high performance, part is durable, high impact, high degree of fit, loading and unloading properties PU material for automotive exteriors and interiors, medical device housings and other big size equipment housings. The max. size of RIM mass production process is 2000mm X 1200mm X 1000mm,weight is 10Kg. All RIM process parts can do post finishing such as painting, plating, printing and so on.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

As one of the leading rapid prototyping company in China, we do key inspection under rules and instructions according to our ISO quality system flow chart and department response.

We make low cost prototypes based on the 3D files provided by clients, for mechanical quality checking, we follow 2D drawings with specified tolerances.

For visual quality standards, we inspection the finish textures based on SPI/VDI/MT standard, color matches and consistence according to RAL/Pantone color code, any bigger dots, scratches, burrs, flashes are not allowed.
